200 Hour Teacher Training (2016)
with Leo Cheung & Shelley Tomczyk
This comprehensive Yoga Alliance certified program is designed into two parts: an Immersion and a Teacher Training. A 100hr Immersion is an in-depth study and practice of a full spectrum of teachings which include the technical and subtle aspects of yoga asana and will focus mainly on experiential knowledge with some overview of selected philosophies. The immersion is taught over 3 modules.
A 200hr Teacher Training coupled with the Immersion training is designed to prepare you for a sophisticated and safe learning environment to discover and grow your own voice and skills as a yoga instructor. The teacher training is also taught over 3 modules and all modules can be done individually for those unable to attend the entire program.
For those who are seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga as a student can participate in the first 100 hours of immersion.
For those who would like to learn more and train to become a teacher can continue with the second 100 hours and learn the skills to teach. Those aspiring to be teachers must complete the immersion and the teacher training.
If you are already a teacher and wish to deepen your understanding and development of your craft, you may register for one or both of these trainings. Please contact us with your inquires.
